On Being Busy

I really am quite busy these days just as you all are so I probably shouldn't waste my time on such things,but i'm going to anyway. I have issued myself a challenge to photograph the classic cars which we all drove at some point. I fear my quest for the Renault 17 may be the hardest, but am kicking the collection off with the estate version of my Mazda 1500. It's not the car I actually drove but the ruder station wagon version which i'm glad I didn't have. A waste of time? Yes,but what else would I do with my time? Work on my business,spend time with the kids,ring an old friend.......

That's a worthy project. Unfortunately the chances of finding a car over 25 years old here are slim. I will try however. If you find a thou. offer the guy some cash for it and we can run it into the ground.
You may have more luck at smell-a-fart, after all thats where the renongo ended up.

I'll never forget the day Bag and I spotted the Renongo at lick a tart.A classic moment.I also never forget the time I was in Paris with Kurt and we spotted a beaten up old Ren 17 which I took a photo of and the owner,who was working in a servo was freaking out looking at me through the window.Had to explain had a friend in Oz who had one etc.And then the photo didn't come out.Crap.
